- How much is the shipping cost to my country?
As every order is different (amounts/sizes/country) it's hard to have 1 shipping cost. Select the artwork you like and continue to your shopping cart. It will showcase the shipping cost for you.

- Do I need to pay import costs on my package?
Please be advised you may have to pay taxes on orders you import to your country and these charges are your sole responsibility.

- How long does shipping/delivery take?
Typically shipments arrive within 5-10 days but please allow up to 21 business days depending on the amount and art piece.

We ship Worldwide with Express Shipping. We are not responsible for missed birthdays, holidays, etc...

- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you received a tracking number.

- My tracking number does not work?!
When you received a tracking number, it does work. If it shows your package is being prepared, it means your artwork is being created and package is being prepared to be sent.

- Does my artwork comes in a box?
Yes, all of our products come in a thick cardboard box with inside protection for a flawless delivery.

- Do you have a return policy?
We're pretty sure you would like our pieces. Many clients worldwide can agree. Just in case you want to send an artpiece back, It can only be returned when the artpiece is still sealed, this for quality reasons. Returned pieces/orders must be in the same perfect condition as we sent it you. They must be boxed in the same way to prevent return shipping damge.
Damaged items on return can not be refunded.
Items purchased with a discount code or in sales can not be returned. Return costs are at the client's expense. This within of 14 days of ordering. There's no return on items that are produced on demand or custom numbers. These are made on demand and unfortunatly not refundable.

- What if my piece arrives damaged due to shipping?
You should email us within 7 days of arrival so we can open a claim with our shipping company.
