HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

• EU 2-5 Business Days Shipping (We Cover Tax & Duties)
• US 5-7 Business Days Shipping (We Cover Tax & Duties)
• AUSTRALIA 6-9 Business Days Shipping (Sales tax, customs duty may apply - These charges are at the customers own expense)
• Rest of the World 5-12 Business Days Shipping (Sales tax, customs duty may apply - These charges are at the customers own expense)

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a short series of emails from us. The first confirms your payment and lets you know your piece is being prepared. The second is a quick thank-you note. The third, and the one you’ll want to keep, contains your tracking link, sent the moment your order leaves our production facility.

Not seeing our emails? Take a quick look in your Spam or Promotions folder, they occasionally get filtered there by mistake.

If you haven’t received a tracking link, or your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, email us at info@benxstudio.co with the name or email address used at checkout, and we’ll locate your order for you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Every Benx Studio piece is printed to order, made specifically for you, never pulled from a shelf. Production takes 1 - 4 business days, followed by 2 -10 business days of shipping depending on your location. Those few extra days are what it takes to deliver a piece built to the standard you expect.
