We provide 100% damage protection, so if an item comes damaged from shipping please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a new replacement.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs vary by order size, quantity and destination, so the exact amount is shown at checkout — and in many cases you can add more pieces for the same shipping fee. Any import taxes or duties are the customer's responsibility.
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 days, though delivery can take up to 21 business days depending on the order. Every artwork ships in a thick cardboard box with internal protection.
Confirmed orders can't be cancelled, and a $30 handling fee is deducted if you do cancel.
RETURNS
We're pretty sure you would like our pieces. Many clients worldwide can agree.
Just in case you want to send an art piece back, it can only be returned when the art piece is still sealed, this for quality reasons. Returned pieces/orders must be in the same perfect condition as we sent it to you. They must be boxed in the same way to prevent return shipping damage.
Damaged items on return cannot be refunded.
Return costs are at the client's expense. This within 14 days of delivery.
